As a Payroll Collections Analyst with Canadian Natural, you will serve as a key liaison between employees and internal stakeholders throughout the payroll collections process. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities will help ensure effective and efficient payroll collections while fostering employee trust and confidence. 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts Manage employee payroll collection cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely and accurate administration ~ Review and validate collection calculations to support recovery activities and maintain payroll accuracy ~ Partner with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and employees to communicate collections details, payment options, and next steps in a explicit, professional,
