Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Pega and business analysis.
- Ability to lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying, documenting, and validating current state processes.
- Ability to ensure business processes/systems impacted by requirements are analyzed.
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with change management and assessing customer and employee experience impacts.
- Skill in promoting innovation and applying critical thinking for process improvements.




- Understanding of regulatory and framework controls, standards, and best practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Work with stakeholders to design desired future state and provide recommendations.
- Define acceptance criteria for testing and support the development of test scripts.
- Manage traceability of business requirements and ensure alignment to delivery framework.
- Identify, document, and manage material risks and issues.
- Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues, assessing options for resolution.
