Pathways to Independence is a community-based, not-for-profit agency serving people with ABI or developmental disabilities. We seek a full time Human Resources Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle and provide practical HR guidance across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, a post-secondary credential in HR and familiarity with union environments. Travel may be required; a valid driver's license is preferred.
