Join the WoodGreen team as an Awake Overnight Youth Worker, a position within the Withrow Program. Emphasizing a strengths-based philosophy, you will work closely with youth aged 12 to 24, addressing their mental health and supporting their development.

Your role will involve direct client supervision and fostering a caring workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Encourage therapeutic relationships and engagement with clients
- Conduct mental health assessments effectively
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Supervise live-in clients with accountability
- Assist in meal preparation and facility upkeep Requirements:
- Degree in Child & Youth Work or Social Work
- Previous experience in child and youth care settings
- Certifications in First Aid/CPR and aggression management
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
