We’re looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals in North York to join our family as Personal Support Workers/Caregivers.

Job Summary As a Personal Support Worker/Caregiver, you’ll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support. Reporting to the Care Coordinator, you’ll deliver services that meet each client’s unique needs in a safe and caring environment. We are looking to add a psw to our team who can take on a client for saturdays 12pm-5pm.

Female client, lives in retirement home, autistic, needs someone to help organize room once a week and to assist with socialization. You will also have the ability to pick up other clients on other days.

Client location: Bathurst & Clark Avenue.





Responsibilities - Assist with morning and evening care routines.

- Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands.
- Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.
- Follow and update care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
- Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.

Qualifications - Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (e.g., foreign-trained nurse, nursing student with at least one year of training).

- Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Clear Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one.
- Covid vaccination 2 doses - Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
- Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.
