Reliable Staffing is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) / Travel Nurses to support healthcare facilities and clients across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and support to patients/residents.

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behaviour.

Assist with medication reminders and other care-related duties as permitted.

Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for clients.

Follow individual care plans and facility policies.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.





Work collaboratively with nurses, healthcare professionals and facility staff.

Provide respectful, patient-centred care at all times.

Qualifications

PSW certificate or relevant healthcare qualification.

Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care or community-care setting is an asset.

Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, compassionate and professional attitude.

Willingness and ability to travel to different work locations.
