Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to review prescriptions and provide drug therapy recommendations.
- Maintain meticulous records of medication dispensing, patient interactions, and inventory management.
- Monitor patient responses to medications and report any adverse reactions or concerns promptly.
- Stay current with medical terminology, pharmaceutical regulations,
and new medication developments to provide up-to-date advice.
- Assist in medication administration procedures within hospital or clinical settings when required, ensuring adherence to protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license
- Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills required
- Proven ability to build the business using community based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills including the experience formulating and executing action plans
- Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy Computer system a definite asset
