In this energetic role, you will assist skilled pipe layers in laying, connecting, and repairing underground piping systems. Your hands-on involvement will help ensure the successful installation of water, sewer, storm drain, and other utility pipelines.

Duties
- Assist pipe layers with the installation, alignment, and connection of underground pipes
- Support rigging operations by setting up lifting equipment safely for pipe handling and placement.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, assemble, and secure piping components according to project specifications.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working around low voltage electrical systems and heavy machinery.
- Assist with site cleanup, material staging,
and ensuring work areas are organized for optimal safety and productivity.
- Pick up materials and parts as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or utility installation is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided for motivated individuals.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with plumbing or piping systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, rigging techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential.
- Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you succeed in this energetic environment.
- Valid driver's licence ( includeds work truck to the right candiadite )
