Rambler Fabrication is now looking to add a B-Pressure Welder to the team.

Work Schedule:

Day Shift – Monday to Thursday - 6:00am to 4:30 pm

Role & Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as; gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW)
- Stainless steel, gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), and submerged arc welding etc.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of welding equipment




- May adjust welding heads and tooling according to work specifications
- Mentor and train apprentices
- Must follow all company policies and procedures including Trotter & Morton's Health and Safety program
- Understand and follow company Quality Control Program
- Performs other duties as required

Required Skills:

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team player and results orientated
- Strong oral and written communication skills,
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Required Experience:

- Experience with SMAW/FCAW/MCAW/GMAW/GTAW welding is essential, other welding experience is an asset
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in pressure piping / vessels / stainless steel welding and fabrication environment
- Must possess a valid Alberta Journeyperson Certificate with Interprovincial Red Seal in Welding is preferred
- Must have CSTS/ WHIMIS
