Responsibilities

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care to ensure freshness and quality.
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection.
- Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications, maintaining consistency in presentation and flavor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering strictly to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and setting up work stations.
- Serve customers directly at the counter or assist with order assembly in a timely manner.




- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene throughout the food preparation process.

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or food industry roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly specific to pizza making.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers and supporting colleagues.
- Basic understanding of serving practices within a restaurant or food service setting is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to pizza preparation and kitchen operations.
