We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and ensuring that all food safety and handling standards are met.
Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure the quality of ingredients used in pizza preparation, including dough, sauces, and toppings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices at all times.
- Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in making hand streched pizzas is must
- Knowledge of food handling and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, evenings and weekends as required.
