- • Partner closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Project Controls throughout the project lifecycle
- • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 from planning through commissioning
- • Review project scope, drawings, estimates, and execution plans to create detailed work breakdown structures and schedule logic
- • Identify critical and near-critical paths, monitor schedule performance, and recommend corrective actions
- • Integrate schedules with project budgets, resources, productivity metrics, and forecasting
- • Track progress against baseline schedules
- • Prepare project control reports, including S-curves, manpower histograms, and schedule performance updates
- • Analyze schedule, cost, productivity, and change management data for forecasting and decision-making
- • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders on scheduling standards and reporting requirements
- • Support proposals, look-ahead planning, project forecasting, and development of junior schedulers and project controls personnel
- • Travel to project sites as required and work in fast-paced construction environments, including remote locations and extended project assignments

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Target of 5 years of project planning, scheduling, or project controls experience
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Experience with project controls, scheduling, forecasting, cost analysis, and performance reporting in a construction or infrastructure environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills




- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with TILOS linear scheduling is considered an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Commitment to continuous learning and career development
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel, work at project sites, and adapt to flexible schedules as required
