- Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections and certifications
- Help maintain and promote a strong safety culture Financial & Administrative Duties - Monitor hire rates, invoicing, and profitability
- Assist in budgeting and cost control
- Ensure all documentation and systems are up to date.

Key Skills And Qualifications - Proven experience in plant hire, tool hire, or construction equipment industry
