The role offers a competitive annual gross salary of N28 million to N40 million, depending on the candidate's experience and performance.
It is targeted at a strategic finance skilled who views the finance function as the "engine house" of a real estate business, with the team serving as expert mechanics who understand the organization's financial architecture and its critical links to project delivery and performance acceleration.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant finance experience
- At least 5+ years in senior management or CFO-level role
- First degree from a recognised university
- Must be a qualified accountant with ACA or ACCA and 10 years post-certification experience
- Significant experience in financial modelling and a CFA qualification would be a strong advantage
