Salary Range: T4 - $38.50 | INC - $46 (MAX Rates)

Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a PMO Coordinator. This role involves supporting project planning, roadmap tracking, and governance support within a dynamic and large matrix organization, specifically in the aerospace industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Project Management, Organizational Change, or Engineering
- Proficiency in project planning support, roadmap tracking, KPI/status reporting, governance support, RAID/risk log management
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication/change support skills
- Prior work experience in large matrix organizations, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with onboarding projects and HR PMO exposure
- Familiarity with tools like Planisware and Zoho Projects
- Change management exposure
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution
- Track project roadmaps and report on KPIs
- Manage governance support and RAID/risk logs
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support communication/change initiatives
