Use the Canadian CHIME and CHORD radio telescopes to search for long-period transients, which are theorized to originate from magnetically active neutron stars and binary white dwarfs. Use these discoveries to better understand the astrophysical origins and physical emission mechanisms of this enigmatic phenomenon.
