Grainger Canada is seeking a Field Operations Associate to support branch and in office customer activities across the KeepStock and Branch functions. You will own the customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading the customer vehicle, while driving sales opportunities and ensuring product availability at customer locations.
You will frequently interact with customers at the branch and on-site, manage inventory, and follow routing software to service accounts.
