Role: Field Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Field Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for leading field crews while actively participating in project execution. This individual will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews.
• Perform and oversee:
  
  
  
  
• Industrial degreasing
• Dry ice cleaning
• Temporary hoarding installation
• Abrasive blasting
• Industrial coatings application
• Industrial vacuuming
• High-pressure water jetting
• Ventilation equipment setup and operation
• Coordinate field activities with the Field Coordinator.
• Maintain quality standards and safe work practices.
• Complete daily documentation and communicate project progress.
• Report to the Field Coordinator and upper management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising industrial maintenance or coating crews.
• Familiarity with Vale, Glencore, and Sudbury Basin industrial sites is preferred.
• Must not currently be banned or restricted from accessing any Ontario mining sites.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate crews while maintaining productivity and safety.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town when required.
• Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; however, hours may vary depending on customer and project requirements.

Position Offer

$34.00–$40.00 per hour
