This role includes working in-office at least twice a week and engaging in collaborative design processes while responding to customer feedback. You'll enhance your design skills in a supportive workplace, making substantial contributions to a platform that serves legal professionals across Canada. Key Responsibilities:

- Own UI and interaction execution for DMS projects
- Collaborate closely with the DMS design team
- Gather customer feedback for ongoing iterations
- Explore AI integration within document workflows
- Support research initiatives towards independent studies

Requirements:

- 4+ years of Product Design experience
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Hands-on approach with multiple design responsibilities
- Experience conducting research studies
- Understanding of systems thinking in design decisions
