Insight Global is seeking a UX / Product Designer to join a Big 5 Canadian banking client. The successful candidate will focus on a range of digital customer experiences. User Research & Analysis Conduct usability testing, interviews, and surveys to understand customer needs. Analyze data and synthesize insights to inform design decisions. Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
Design
System & Development Collaboration Work within established design systems and contribute to their evolution. Collaborate with developers to ensure consistency across platforms (web, iOS, Android). Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with product managers, developers, and QA teams.
Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval. Facilitate workshops to align teams on user needs and design strategies.
Continuous Improvement
Monitor product releases and gather post-launch feedback for iterative improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and perform competitive analysis. Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and comply with banking regulations.
Incorporate inclusive design principles into all deliverables. Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for developer handoff. In this agile role, a UX Designer contributes to creating seamless and delightful experiences for users,
