Your day-to-day will include:Presenting benefit programs clearly through virtual meetings (Zoom)Completing and maintaining accurate, compliant documentationBuilding lasting client relationships through ongoing follow-upCollaborating with your team to enhance processes and client experienceRequirementsLegally authorized to work in CanadaHigh school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)1+ year of experience in customer service,
