The Product Support

Technician plays a crucial role in assisting the Mining Division by providing technical support to internal teams and customers. You’ll collaborate with Capital Engineering on product development, support manufacturing in prototyping, and perform root cause investigations on equipment performance. This multifaceted position is integral to enhancing operational efficiency and reliability through customer feedback and technical training. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support at customer sites and during inspections
- Analyze and report on field commissioning data




- Collaborate on developing new product lines and prototypes
- Prepare technical reports and assess equipment trends
- Train staff on equipment maintenance and operation Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience in mining equipment
- Preferred Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering Technologist
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office
