Day Shift - 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday In the late ’60′s and early ’70′s, the company picked up scrap tires and buffings from the local area, ground them up, and manufactured rubber mats. These mats were purchased for use in horse and dairy stalls, ice rinks, gyms, and pick‑up truck beds. The company owns and operates manufacturing facilities in Canada (British Columbia, Ontario, & Quebec), in the USA (Texas), and in China.
Full time Cut raw mats from yard according to customers’ requirements Accurately write out daily shift-report sheets Maintain safe and proper operation of forklift and equipment Maintain die-cutter machines (Minor table repairs/changes, minor blade repairs/changes, blow off and oil machines) Quality control (Check for 2nd/3rd grade mats, count mats, proper skids, +/- 1/8” tolerance, ensure tags are filled out correctly) Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset Must have forklift training Must be able to perform shift-work schedules
