This in-office role focuses on mid- to long-term planning and requires collaboration across Production, Fabrication, and Engineering teams. You will translate customer demand into executable production plans while ensuring material availability and manufacturing capacity. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop production plans based on customer orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feasibility
- Analyze and solve demand changes or capacity limitations
- Utilize ERP systems to plan production requirements
- Identify opportunities for planning efficiency improvements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 1-3 years in production planning within manufacturing
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, especially INFOR
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
