- Sell Ricoh’s full solutions portfolio, including hardware, software, and professional services, to enterprise accounts - Drive solutions offerings through analysis of customer business and technology requirements and development of tailored solutions - Stay current on production print industry developments and advise customers on evolving market needs - Prospect for and develop current business through cold calling, client introductions, and face-to-face meetings - Engage decision-makers and influencers to generate opportunities in new and existing accounts - Win new business by aligning customer goals with Ricoh’s hardware and services portfolio - Prepare and present benchmark demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions using product and technical resources as needed - Retain and grow current clients by selling incremental solutions and services and maintaining customer satisfaction - Maintain account activity records in Ricoh’s sales database and CRM tool - Serve as first line of contact for accurate sales paperwork - Travel approximately 20%, including possible overnight travel - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required - Minimum of five (5) years business to business sales experience with 2 years of advanced selling assignments - Minimum of two (2) years Production Print and Solutions sales experience - Demonstrated skill in the development of new business markets and opportunities - Comprehensive knowledge of the graphics arts, print for pay and commercial print industries - In depth knowledge of technology, connectivity and selling complex solutions - In depth knowledge of sales methodologies and processes - Strong negotiation, written and oral communication and presentation skills - Strong interpersonal,
