Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer – AI/ML to ensure the stability, performance, and operational reliability of applications and AI-driven platforms. The role involves troubleshooting production issues across applications, infrastructure, databases, and AI/ML workloads while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide production support for Java applications, Linux environments, databases, and AI/ML platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, infrastructure, and data-related production issues.
- Analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive permanent resolutions for recurring issues.
- Support application deployments, validations,



performance monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, data, and business teams to resolve production incidents.
- Support AI-driven solutions for document digitization, document extraction, and predictive analytics.
- Contribute to platform stability, performance improvement, and continuous operational enhancements.
