Work with scheduling and production management to set daily production priorities.

Ensure that established OEE quality/availability/performance standards are communicated and achieved within the department. Conduct team meetings with departmental employees covering current OEE, product, quality and safety information. Coordination of employee orientation and training within the department.

Initiate employee counseling and disciplinary action. Maintain close communication and coordination with other production departments and shifts to ensure priorities are met. Maintain communication with other non-production departments within the company.

Ensure that training requirements for each departmental employee are identified,



and plans are in place to close gaps. Ensure that environmental standards are identified, communicated and enforced within the department. Perform a minimum of one yearly performance evaluation for each departmental employee.

Ensure the fair administration of all company policies including wage and benefit packages. Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives within Techform. Provide support in the attainment of Techform' s "Quality Operating System" goals as outlined be the key graphs.

Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction. Conducts planned workplace inspections. Ensure adherence to established quality and housekeeping standards. Review and adhere to Techform' s health and safety, environmental, and quality standards, operating procedures, and policies.

Respond immediately to items brought to his/her attention with respect to hazards, defects or non-compliance issues. Understand and uphold the policies that prohibit workplace violence and harassment.
