Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. This is a donut manufacturing facility.This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to support the assembly, maintenance, and operation of production equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings. Job Duties

Assist in the preparation and production of donuts and other baked goods

Operate basic bakery equipment such as mixers, fryers, and glazing machines

Monitor product quality to ensure consistency, appearance, and food safety standards

Perform repetitive tasks on a fast-paced production line (e.g., placing, flipping, filling, or packing donuts)

Measure and handle ingredients according to recipes and production requirements

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and production areas

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures

Pack finished products into boxes or trays for distribution

Label, sort, and organize products as required





Assist with loading/unloading materials and supplies

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets

Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors immediately

Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency

Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and standard operating procedures

Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (training can be provided)

Good teamwork and communication skills

Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Physically fit - able to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 lbs

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

Comfortable working in a warm environment (near ovens/fryers)

Flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
