- Interpret blueprints and specifications accurately
- Apply and smooth plaster coats effectively
- Prepare and clean drywall surfaces thoroughly
- Mix plaster to achieve the desired result
- Tape joints using a machine for a seamless finish

Requirements:

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
- 1 to 2 years of professional drywall tapering experience
- Must be able to work at the physical job site
