Professional Development Advisor – Legal Firm

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic role and apply your expertise to help develop and evaluate practices that support the professional development of the legal team.

You will contribute to a wide range of impactful projects, including continuing legal education, mentoring programs, and the career growth and development of lawyers.

Working closely with practice leaders and senior management, you will guide lawyers in their career development through individualized coaching and group learning sessions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- University degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field;
- Experience in a similar role is required. Experience gained within a professional services firm would be considered a strong asset.




- Membership in the Barreau du Québec or the Chambre des notaires du Québec is considered an asset;
- Experience in a similar role is required. Experience gained within a professional services firm would be considered a strong asset;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization;
- Sound judgment, strong leadership qualities, and excellent analytical thinking;
- Client-focused approach, coupled with a high degree of professionalism and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment;
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and skilled at identifying practical solutions to complex challenges.
