Lead the Steveston Heritage Sites with the City of Richmond, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences and effective site management. This role requires expertise in heritage interpretation and community collaboration.

As Program

Manager, you will oversee Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site and Steveston Tram, driving strategic initiatives and enhancing operational excellence. Reporting to the Manager, Museum and Heritage Services, you'll manage a team of over 20 staff, implement educational programs, and maintain partnerships with community organizations essential for supporting the heritage sites. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead staff management and workflow optimization
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives




- Project manage key site development activities
- Oversee operational budgeting and contract negotiations
- Enhance revenue through business plan initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts or related fields
- 10 years of experience in cultural program management
- 5 years of management experience in a heritage setting
- Excellent skills in decision-making and communication
