Key Responsibilities:



• Support Facilitators in planning for family support • Ensure completion of service contracts to agencies • Oversee contract management and workflow processes • Promote reconciliation with Indigenous organizations • Facilitate issue resolution among stakeholders

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in social services • Proven ability to build team-oriented relationships • Advanced communication and presentation skills • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
