Key Requirements and Technology Experience

- 5-8+ years in ServiceNow development, with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.

Technical Stack

- Portal/Ul Builder, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.

Domain Expertise

- Deep knowledge of CSM processes (Case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge Management, SLAs).

Methodologies

- Agile / Scrum, DevOps, ITIL processes.

Certifications

- CSA: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- CAD:



ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- CIS-CSM: Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management
