This role focuses on implementing curriculum standards, coaching educators, and maintaining compliance with regulations. You will also build strong relationships with families and the community to support children's growth and development. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee implementation of curriculum standards across the center
- Coach educators to uphold expectations and foster inclusivity
- Conduct quarterly curriculum audits with the Educator team
- Mentor new Educators and support their training plans
- Implement approved curriculum to enhance child development Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 Child Care Certification required
- Minimum 6 months experience in child care programs
- Standard First Aid & CPR – C certification
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
