The Programs

Manager role focuses on delivering impactful programs within DMZ, a leading tech incubator nurturing 2,680+ startups. Collaborating with the Executive Director, you will manage program frameworks, optimize outcomes, and ensure participant success. Your strategic involvement in supporting startups will create lasting impacts in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage planning and execution of DMZ programs
- Develop frameworks for evaluating program effectiveness




- Lead onboarding processes for startups joining DMZ
- Coordinate networking events and partnerships
- Support operational budgeting and financial monitoring Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business administration or related field
- 5+ years in project management within entrepreneurship
- Skills in program development and evaluation
