Job Title: Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst

Location: Calgary, AB

Duration: 6+ months

Pay Range: C$50 to C$55

Introduction

This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure, cloud, security, workplace, application, and transformation projects. The position requires a solid focus on project coordination, reporting, stakeholder management, risk tracking, and documentation management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Service Delivery, or Infrastructure Program Support roles.
- Experience with governance reporting, action tracking, documentation management, and stakeholder coordination.

- Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, workplace, security, migration, transformation, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience in executive reporting & dashboard preparation.
- Proficiency with tools like Power BI, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint,



Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

- Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow processes, and enterprise technology environments.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Support planning, coordination, and execution of various projects.
- Prepare and maintain project governance decks, executive summaries, and status reports.

- Serve as a coordination point between stakeholders, project teams, and business users.
- Maintain RAID registers and escalate delivery risks as appropriate.
- Create, maintain, and organize project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
