You will help ensure our residential renovation projects run smoothly by supporting documentation, communication, and coordination across the team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following: Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, permits, and other project records.

Communication: Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication between the project management team, contractors, and clients. Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources required for residential renovation projects.

Quality Control: Ensure orders and documentation align with project requirements and specifications.



Proven track record of success in roles that require managing multiple priorities and ongoing tasks. Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret reports, schedules, and project documentation.

Previous experience in residential construction is preferred, with renovation experience considered a robust asset. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Your ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
