In this role, you'll report directly to the Firearms Group Sales Manager. You will engage deeply with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored recommendations. Ensuring full compliance with provincial and federal firearm regulations is essential, alongside maintaining knowledge of hunting products and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with firearm selections and purchasing decisions
• Exhibit knowledge of various firearms and hunting scopes
• Promote in-store programs and services effectively




• Maintain store visual standards and cleanliness
• Handle customer concerns with logical problem-solving
Requirements:
• At least one year in a sales or service role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Requires Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License
• Robust ability to assess customer needs and provide recommendations
• Experience within the outdoor lifestyle is an asset
