Jr. Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests
• Welcome and greet visitors, manage check-ins, and issue visitor badges/name tags
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area
• Support general office upkeep and coordination
• Arrange and coordinate catering for meetings and events
• Process expense reports and assist with administrative documentation
• Provide travel booking and travel support for employees
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to support daily office operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative to enhance office efficiency

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Highly organized with robust attention to detail
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
• Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and looks for ways to add value
