JOB TITLE :Clinical R&D; + Project management

Location : NYC

Comfortable working in a matrix environment with clinical, regulatory, and tech teams.

Demonstrates strong problem-solving and decision-making under tight timelines.

Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams from offshore and onshore.

Solid stakeholder management and communication across time zones and geographies.

Proactively identify opportunities for process automation

Skilled at translating business needs into technical project requirements.

Ability to create and drive roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.

Capable of handling ambiguity and adjusting project plans based on dynamic clinical needs.

Ensures documentation, traceability, and audit-readiness.
