• Develop and maintain practice standards for laboratory disciplines • Act as a Clinical Resource and provide leadership • Collaborate with local and regional professionals for best practices • Monitor procedures and implement new methods • Lead continuing education and training programs

Requirements: • Graduation from an accredited Medical Laboratory Science program • Five years of recent related experience • Leadership experience of three years • Certification with CSMLS or CAMLPR • Valid BC Driver's License
