Crossroads Law is seeking a Reception & Client Intake Coordinator to join our collaborative team in our Vancouver office. The role requires delivering exceptional client service, greeting visitors, triaging calls, and supporting intake with consultations and conflict checks. The ideal candidate has 3 years' experience in a law firm reception or intake role, solid communication, and excellent organizational skills. This is a full-time, in-office position with Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.
