Job SummaryPerform diagnostic evaluation on equipment and make repairs when needed. Ensures that repairs are performed in the shortest amount of time possible to alleviate down time.II. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance on a daily basis on a variety of machinery within the plant.Performs maintenance on bearings, drive chains, and conveyor systems, when needed.Perform light electrical maintenance.Perform scheduled maintenance on various hydraulic units located throughout the plant.Perform various fabrications through welding, arc cutting, and plasma cutting, when needed.Perform any general work or other assignments necessary to ensure a safe, clean, healthy and efficient facility and vigorously support Stericycle’s commitment to Safety.Document results through completed work orders based on schedule and priority or as required.Welding (arc and MIG welding), ability to rebuild centrifugal & diaphragm pumps, must know hydraulic and electrical schematicsPerform other duties & responsibilities, as needed.III.
