Your responsibilities will include completing work orders promptly, managing routine maintenance tasks, and leading wellness through innovation. Implement effective project plans and engage with residents to enhance community service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Complete work orders from resident service requests within 48 hours
- Perform preventive maintenance and property inspections regularly




- Manage make-ready processes for current apartment move-ins
- Assist in maintaining common areas with cleaning and repairs
- Report inventory needs to maintenance supervisor Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal required
- Proficiency in hand and power tools usage
- Strong communication skills for resident interactions
