Join Monarch House as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) responsible for assessing and designing ABA programs primarily for clients with ASD and developmental disabilities. This part-time community-based position offers a flexible schedule between 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM, allowing for a balance between work and personal commitments while making meaningful impacts in clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and caregiver priorities • Develop and supervise individualized behavior plans • Conduct Functional Analyses to guide interventions • Provide training and feedback to ABA therapists • Collaborate with caregivers and professionals during meetings
Requirements: • Certification as a BCBA™ with at least 2 years of experience • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle • Current police check for the vulnerable sector • Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis required • Familiarity with ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP assessment tools
