Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Freelance Material Coordinator to support a utility-scale wind energy project in Quebec, Canada .

This is an independent contractor opportunity . The selected professional will provide services under a service agreement and will be responsible for issuing invoices for completed services. The contractor will manage their own tax obligations in accordance with Canadian regulations.

The role focuses on coordinating material flow, inventory management, SAP transactions, and logistics to ensure materials are available to support construction activities while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate material requests from regional and global warehouses.
• Process Goods Receipts (GR) and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Track incoming shipments and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability.
• Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate material staging to support installation schedules.
• Monitor material consumption and identify shortages.
• Prepare inventory reports and material status updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and project teams.
  
  
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation using SAP and Excel.
• Promote continuous improvement in inventory control and material management processes.

Qualifications

Education

• Technical Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in:
• Material Coordination
• Warehouse Operations
• Inventory Management
• Project Logistics
• Construction, Industrial, or Renewable Energy Projects

Technical Skills

• SAP (preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel

Requirements

• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or renewable energy projects.
• Wind energy experience is highly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be registered as an Independent Contractor and able to issue invoices in Canada.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Quebec, Canada .
