We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team and provide exceptional care to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, home care environments, and hospice care. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care that includes monitoring health status, reporting changes, and supporting medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding to promote proper nutrition and hydration
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning client living areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being




- Assist with mobility and transfer techniques using proper body mechanics to ensure safety for both client and caregiver
- Follow all protocols related to assisted living, dementia care, hospice care, and working with individuals with disabilities

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
- Experience providing senior care or home care services is advantageous
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, or caregiving for individuals with disabilities is beneficial
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for patient transfers or mobility assistance
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and family members
- Basic understanding of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Valid certifications in caregiving or relevant training programs are a plus
