Job Summary

We are seeking experienced QA Automation Engineers with expertise in NICE inContact Chat & Email UI End-to-End Testing and Cyara Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, end-to-end testing, and validating customer interaction workflows across NICE inContact contact center platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end testing of NICE inContact Chat & Email UI applications.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Cyara Automation.
- Validate customer interaction workflows across chat and email channels.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure application quality.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery through automation best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
- Hands-on experience with NICE inContact Chat & Email UI End-to-End Testing.
- Strong experience with Cyara Automation for NICE inContact environments.
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
