Quality Lead – Oracle Fusion Cloud Deployment Project The Quality Lead is responsible for the quality strategy and governance for the entire Oracle Fusion Cloud deployment project. They define quality standards, oversee testing and quality assurance activities, and ensure the compliance of deliverables across all workstreams.

Specific Responsibilities and Activities

- Define the project quality strategy, integrated test plan, and delivery standards.
- Oversee all testing activities (functional, integration, performance, and UAT).
- Ensure consistency and rigor in quality processes across all 7 workstreams.
- Represent the Quality workstream before the Steering Committee and Project Management.
- Define acceptance criteria and quality thresholds for key milestones.
- Manage quality risks and escalate critical issues.
- Lead Quality Gate Reviews at each project phase.
- Oversee defect management and ensure timely resolution.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification or equivalent.




- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software quality assurance or ERP testing.
- Experience as a Quality Lead on large-scale ERP projects.

Assets / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.

Competency Profile
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to establish a culture of quality.
- Expertise in testing methodologies (ISTQB, Agile Testing, etc.).
- Strong analytical rigor and critical thinking when evaluating deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex project workplace.
