This position is with an end client in the aerospace industry. The role is critical in ensuring product and process compliance during operational phases, driving the effectiveness of quality activities directly connected to manufacturing, and leading in-depth root cause analysis for non-conformance issues. This position plays a vital role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years in an industrial environment (aerospace, automotive, or similar).
- Proven track record in non-conformance management and RCA techniques.
- Knowledge of quality standards and certifications (e.g., AS9100, EN9100, ISO standards).
- Excellent communication skills in French (both oral & written) and ability to simplify technical matters.
- Strong expertise in root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality documentation systems.
- Strong leadership with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance of products and processes with internal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Support shop-floor teams to resolve quality issues in real-time (on-site investigations and workshops).
